NABOO

Here are some of the creatures who live in the swamps and oceans of Naboo…

Gungan’s

The Gungan’s are the native inhabitants of the planet. They are an amphibious species who have a large lung capacity that enables them to hold their breath for long periods of time. Gungan’s are equally comfortable above and below water.

Most people dismiss the Gungan’s as being primitives; however, they do have advanced technology which they use for their buildings, vehicles, technology, and weapons. The power source for their technology is mined in the depths of the oceans. They use hydrostatic fields to create the large bubbles that serve as their homes and meeting places. This is also used as their “force-fields” when they are in battle.

Gungan’s also use Kaadu’s, Falumpaset’s, and Fambaa’s etc… as beasts of burden and for transportation.

Kaadu

The Kaadu are swift footed wingless avians with strong legs and smooth bodies. They have duck-like snouts and multi-coloured skin.

During times of peace, Kaadu are used as patrol animals. However, in times of battle, Gungans use the Kaadu’s like horses, carrying them swiftly into battle.

Falumpaset

The Falumpaset’s are large beasts with touch skin and hardy builds. They are typically seen in the swamps and forests of Naboo.

During times of battle, the Gungan’s use Falumpaset’s as beast of burden. They haul the giant battle wagons and catapults for the Gungan Grand Army.

Opee Sea Killer

The Opee Sea Killer is a silent hunter who lives in the rocky crags of Naboo. It typically waits for its prey to come to it. It uses its long tongue to catch its prey.

The Opee Sea Killer has armoured limbs similar to a crustacean, massive hinged jaws, and a double row of sharp teeth.

Colo Claw Fish

The Colo Claw Fish are immense underwater predators that dwell in the numerous caverns in the core of the planet.

They have a natural phosphorescent hide, flattened bodies, large snouts, and hooked grasping claws.

Sando Aqua Monster

The Sando is a fearsome leviathan who lives in the waters of Naboo.

It has a huge appetite, muscled body, finned claws, and a rather feline appearance. It is so large that it can swallow almost all of the other sea life (and even Gungan Sub’s) in a single gulp.
